One week in Spain: What to do if you are a student?

Spain has a powerful history past. Between their provinces, we can see memorable architectural structures (modern and classic); enjoy the Mediterranean coast, taste a good wine and an exotic cuisine (sea food and multicultural influences), also visit natural parks with high mountains (skiing in pyrenees) and historical monuments. We delight with so many artistic performances and attractive cites, each of them have a subtle charm that leaves us, an indelible mark in our Europe’s journey.

  • Visit principal cities: Madrid and Barcelona provides attractive museums and galleries. The principal to visit are:  Prado’s Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza’s Museum and the Art center of Queen Sophia (contemporary art) and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.  For more fun, you can go with leisure cycling groups and take a bike tour or Segway excursions for the streets. Watch a classic soccer game buying tickets for real Madrid vs Barcelona at Camp Nou Stadium and then, register in a cultural folk tours going to flamenco shows and enjoying water activities in Barcelona beaches.
  • Take wine’s tours in Spain: Wine is represented as a truly and unforgettable drink in many regions of the country, offer the traveler a cultural experience and a warm taste in their mouth.  Between them regions, we can taste a different wine from: La Rioja, Navarra, Galicia, Mallorca and Ribera Del Duero.
  • Find educational tours: Spain offers multicultural and educational plans every month. If you go in February you can participle in World Economic Research Institute (WERI) to be realized in Barcelona. Many student groups assist to the academic activities organized in different states for learn and communicate new ideas.
